Critical Friend

Leadership is immensely rewarding, but it’s also lonely. Our Critical Friend service pairs you with an objective, highly experienced, former executive with entirely relevant experience.

This isn’t mentoring, and it’s not really coaching either. It’s having your own experienced sounding board outside your organisation whom you can bounce ideas off and who can help you consider fresh approaches to securing stakeholder support, avoiding pitfalls, dealing with people challenges, or setting or re-setting your strategy.

These enriching relationships begin with an exploratory conversation to ensure there’s a good fit, and if so an agreed “package” of time – which can be as little as 16 hours over 6 months – is invoiced and pre-paid and drawn down at a pace set by you.
